Honestly this is the worst property managing company i have ever encountered. They are always clueless and everything and if you have problems they make you deal with the third parties yourself and the only thing they are good at is forwarding the emails you are ccd in back and forth. You might have water running down the walls and they will tell you to deal with your upstairs neighbor or report it to CSOS which are even more useless. You are having problems with the insurance your scheme is using they will still say nothing or do nothing even if the situation is dangerous. Don't buy or rent any property managed by Angor.
These are the people who deal with our insurance claims together with Angor. My geyser was leaking boiling water since May. I reported it told them it happens periodically. Plumber comes on the day the geyser is not leaking and says " no geyser burst" on the report and moves on with his life. The geyser continues now my electricity bill is up the roof as well. I call again in August tell the plumber what happens and instantly he knows whats wrong. The thermostat is dead so it cant release the pressure or cools down once my water is too hot hence then it boils over. Sheree-Lee and her team have been gaslighting me since then about my electricity and the leak. She told me that it is normal for a geyser to sprout out boiling water everywhere almost everyday. And if the thermostat was not working then I shouldn't have had hot water but the SP they sent removed the thermostat which means he removed something that was not problematic. Now I need to call Drainsure who they sent to tell me why the parts were removed if it was not the problem because as per Sheree-lee and her team leader this is all in my head and the plumber removed parts that were working fine.
Kgomotso Gasa was assisting me with my claim. It took less than an hour for the assessor to contact me for the laptop and within 5 hours it was collected by the courier. I ddnt have to do anything after I made that call. Everything was seamless and friendly
Olebogeng Matlou was assisting me. She is very lovely and honest. She did her best to assist in what I was requesting. When I told her about the bad experiences I have had with the company 2 months ago. She was very sympathetic to my experience and promised to do better for me without feeling the need to be defensive. We laughed throughout the phone call while she was helping. I felt valued and looked after ❤️
Well Miway and I have been in a relationship since I bought my car and we had a hiccup that ended the relationship in 2018 but since the renewal of my contract 2 years ago the service has been excellent, they have gone far and beyond to ensure that the relationship is a win win. Today I was helped my Vuyiswa Cele who was not only informative but also understanding of my situation and did her thing to make sure my needs were met.
I spoke to Nomsa Mokoena with an equiry a colleague of hers did not solve. She was very helpful and apologized on behalf of her colleague.
I have no words for this company. My car was in for repairs for 5 months due to parts issues. Daren was handling my account. The communication, the dedication to getting my car back to me. He went as far as asking for a courtesy car for me even thou that was fruitless but when all failed they waived my excess as a way to assist me from all the financial burden without without car for so long. My car is looks brand new and drives like a dream. You don't get such incredible experiences in the motor industry anymore.
Thuso Mudau from Miway legal was allocated for my claim. He has never talked with me before but he asked about my baby, which means he read my file and tried to understand me as a client. It felt personal and I felt seen.
Ntokozo assisted me with towing my car after an accident and he did it in 10 minutes tops and the towing truck was there
These administrators are a fraud together with Vodacom. I have been trying to claim a device I lost last year and they keep rejecting my claim because of silly things. They refuse to blacklist the actual imei that belongs to my device and they keep giving me different Imei that they want me to block which is fraudulent. The employees are very rude too. Monday they finally said they blocked my device only to find out today that they blocked a totally different imei from my device.
