I am absolutely livid with your adminstrator Sheree Lee whatever. I have paid the excess for damages. You couldn’t come out because I haven’t had power in eleven days. That is not my fault. This stupid woman has decided she wants to cancel my claim and I must pay Cash because it’s too much back and forth. That’s HER JOB. Is it my fault the sub station exploded? I paid the excess and you fix it on my Time. Who is this ***** to cancel A legitimate claim? I will move the entire complex. And thus woman had the cheek to hang up on me. She is *********** and deserves to be fired.

These are the people who deal with our insurance claims together with Angor. My geyser was leaking boiling water since May. I reported it told them it happens periodically. Plumber comes on the day the geyser is not leaking and says " no geyser burst" on the report and moves on with his life. The geyser continues now my electricity bill is up the roof as well. I call again in August tell the plumber what happens and instantly he knows whats wrong. The thermostat is dead so it cant release the pressure or cools down once my water is too hot hence then it boils over. Sheree-Lee and her team have been gaslighting me since then about my electricity and the leak. She told me that it is normal for a geyser to sprout out boiling water everywhere almost everyday. And if the thermostat was not working then I shouldn't have had hot water but the SP they sent removed the thermostat which means he removed something that was not problematic. Now I need to call Drainsure who they sent to tell me why the parts were removed if it was not the problem because as per Sheree-lee and her team leader this is all in my head and the plumber removed parts that were working fine.

This company is absolutely terrible when it comes to handling claims. They will do anything they can to delay the process and avoid settling the claim. Communication is painfully slow, as I have been waiting four months with no feedback unless I constantly send follow-up messages. Despite providing them with the required damage report and contractor invoices, the insurers are now questioning the cause of the pipe damage. The pipe burst inside the wall, which was completely out of our control. This is unacceptable behavior from a supposed insurance company.

they oversee a corporate fund for my Liberty Policy. please dont ask them to actually do anything or help you or make any effort to resolve your problem or query. i hopefully never have to go through the nightmare of dealing with them ever again. due to incompetence and Hereford not even checking the documentation they send on from Liberty my entire SARS return cant even be done. this is the 2nd issue i have had with them in the last 7 months i dont recommend anyone acutually trusting them with your money as all you get is we await a response and then you wait and wait and wait and wait. i am so beyond frustrated

This specifically pertains to the service I recently received from Reese Jordaan, Claims Administrator, Kloof Office, when I lodged a claim. She was very personable, helpful and efficient, and proved herself to be an excellent communicator, keeping me informed every step of the way. She is good for business, and IMHO Hereford would do well looking after her.

I personally do not have an account with you, however one of their clients have given them MY email address instead of her own , I do not even know this person, I am constantly receiving this person's personal account notifications, and other spam emails addressed to her , which is reckless of them, I thought you are supposed to protect your clients personal information? Your lack of professionalism and attention to detail is really quite shocking. I have contacted you and notified you of the mistake but no response was received , I have even sent their client an sms to tell her to rectify her details with them, and I am receiving emails intended for someone else! What more should I do to fix YOUR mistake, its really starting to infuriate me now. Please would someone get in touch with me, to get the relevant details, and correct this. Thanks
