I am trying to get feedback on a withdrawal from an investment. It’s been nearly two weeks with no communication from PPS. This is really poor service as I need to make plans. This is my money and I shouldn’t have to beg you for an answer.
Ok actually stop. Stop harassing me. I tried to sign up yesterday for gap cover. There is some information missing and your consultant tried to call me around 30 times today. This has actually cost you the deal. Please cancel immediately. Did you not think if we didn’t answer the last 20 times maybe today is not a good day? I don’t appreciate this. Cancel it please. Immediately.
Insurance for Avo is absolutely useless. I asked why they needed to check my credit rating. They cannot answer and kept speaking in circles. Utterly useless consultant.
I am absolutely livid with your adminstrator Sheree Lee whatever. I have paid the excess for damages. You couldn’t come out because I haven’t had power in eleven days. That is not my fault. This stupid woman has decided she wants to cancel my claim and I must pay Cash because it’s too much back and forth. That’s HER JOB. Is it my fault the sub station exploded? I paid the excess and you fix it on my Time. Who is this ***** to cancel A legitimate claim? I will move the entire complex. And thus woman had the cheek to hang up on me. She is *********** and deserves to be fired.
I have requested several call backs to extend my home loan so that I may install solar. To date no one has called me back. This is shameful.
Dear Discovery Group / Accounts Department, This correspondence serves as a formal dispute and objection regarding the notification that I allegedly owe an amount exceeding R9,000 for 2025, arising from what has been acknowledged as an administrative / claims-processing error on Discovery’s part. At all relevant times, I acted in good faith, re**** on the accuracy of Discovery’s processing and communications, and had no reason to believe that any claims had been incorrectly managed. I was never notified of any irregularity, nor afforded an opportunity to address the matter earlier. The financial liability now presented is therefore solely the result of Discovery’s internal error, and not due to any omission, misrepresentation, or failure of disclosure on my side. This unforeseen debt was not budgeted for, and it has placed me under significant financial strain through no fault of my own. While I remain willing to cooperate in resolving the matter, I am not in a position to settle the balance in full. Accordingly, I am only able to commit to a payment arrangement of: R500 (five hundred rand) per month, until such time as the balance is extinguished, or until I am reasonably able to settle the amount sooner. I further require written confirmation of the following: 1. That this matter will not be reported, listed, or reflected in any negative manner on my credit profile or credit bureau records; 2. That no penalties, administrative fees, or interest will be app**** to the outstanding balance arising from Discovery’s error; and 3. That my repayment arrangement will be regarded as compliant and in good standing for the full duration of the agreed instalment plan. This email is being submitted to formally record my position and protect my rights, given that the liability has arisen through Discovery’s incorrect processing rather than any breach or misconduct on my part. Please provide written acknowledgement confirming acceptance of the above repayment terms and written assurance regarding the protection of my credit record. I never requested a call nor did I give permission for you to contact me yet you keep harassing me. This is becoming ********. I have never hated a company this much.
I had a phone case ordered from Burga and shipped by DHL Germany. I paid for shipping. The parcel was dropped off at the South African post office…. Who have lost it. How are you people so stupid? Why would you even have it sent to the post office rather than my home. Thanks to you I’ve lost almost 2k. ******* and *****s. I want a refund. Absolute imbeciles.
I received tracking information for my Parcel and despite Levisons having the address correctly as Pretoria, you fools have listed the address as Braamfontein. Tell me, what do I do if you deliver it to Braamfontein? Can I charge you with theft? How are you so ***********? If my package ends up in the wrong hands, I will make sure I firstly charge that receiver with theft and claim damages from RAM. Shocking.
I have asked repeatedly for a transaction on my credit card to be moved to my budget facility. Your service advisor also assured me I could do this before I made the purchase. To date, you are ignoring my emails. This is disgusting. What is the point of paying private wealth fees if you treat me so poorly?
