Hi There I really feel that you need to send your staff at Westgate on front line training, firstly you need to call the store about 5 times before someone picks up the phone, when the phone is eventually answered with a blunt "hello", no store name welcome no indication as to whom I was speaking to (like she was forced to answer, and that I was disturbing her or that she was doing me a favour by answering the phone tone of voice), after asking her that I need to find out about stock availability of a product at the store, I was told "ya okay hold, I'll put you through" pathetic really, for something really basic and simple.
I personally do not have an account with you, however one of their clients have given them MY email address instead of her own , I do not even know this person, I am constantly receiving this person's personal account notifications, and other spam emails addressed to her , which is reckless of them, I thought you are supposed to protect your clients personal information? Your lack of professionalism and attention to detail is really quite shocking. I have contacted you and notified you of the mistake but no response was received , I have even sent their client an sms to tell her to rectify her details with them, and I am receiving emails intended for someone else! What more should I do to fix YOUR mistake, its really starting to infuriate me now. Please would someone get in touch with me, to get the relevant details, and correct this. Thanks

I have even sent their client an sms to tell her to rectify her details with them, and STILL TO DATE I am receiving emails intended for someone else! I had to make amendments to my policies , so off I went to call the centre and my call was answered very quickly, I received Friendly, seamless and efficient service from Marcel Williams, thank you
