Heroes Restaurant Christmas lunch 2022 DISASTER!!!!!!!!!!!!

What a disaster of a xmas lunch at Heroes Restaurant.I write the complain nearly 3 weeks after our bad experience at Heroes restaurant to give the manager or sheff some time to explain to us what had go wrong ,but nobody is coming back toe us.I send 2 mails after they ask us to send a mail with no response.On Friday I send a follow up mail again ,and still not a word.We paid R350/p and did not receive the food that was on menu.We get some chips en not potatoes.We did not get salad or veggies.Lamb was pulled out in pieces to look more on plate.Chicken was off cutts of the other people chicken that they did not eat.Rice without wild mushrooms are also left overs of other people's food.Gamman was cussler chop slices.We wait more than 2 hours for our food.When we receive our dessert,there was no s****s,and at the time the s**** arrived,the ice cream was melted.We got leftovers and robbed from our money.I shall never recommend anybody to go to heoroes to have some lunch.If they just come back to us but made a choice not to reply on our mail or messages.It was realy very very bad.
