Purchased from them in November 2024. Do not buy from this company as they advertise real brands and send counterfeit items. They also do not respond to any messages on any platforms. Total waste of money and also *******.

Terrible business! Even went to their physical adress
Terrible service really, they ***** and never respond, They sent me wrong order and items missing! Then they blocked me on Whatsapp, so now I have opened a case and this platform is part of the evidence. After summons were served, they vanished and even their social media pages are suddenly down! Not after the money anymore but just to hold them accountable!

Terrible service really, they ***** and never respond, They sent me wrong order and items missing! Then they blocked me on Whatsapp, so now I have opened a case and this platform is part of the evidence. After summons were served, they vanished and even their social media pages are suddenly down! HIGH TOP HELL INSTEAD OF HAVEN SIES.......
Ohhhhhhhhh my horrid goodness. I don't know who's running this ****. I placed an order and paid in November 2024 and to date nothing has been delivered. The ****mers went on holiday and spent their festive season with their loved ones spending our hard-earned money. They have 0% in terms of service and are on (-) 100% in their communication which is super poor. All I want is my full refund non-negotiable or the consumer ombudsman will have to step in.

Company legitimacy
I bought sneakers from High Top Haven CPT. To my surprise I never received any purchase order or tracking number. Sent them numerous messages and emails with no response from their side. Now I'm even questioning the legitimacy of the company.
