Ohhhhhhhhh my horrid goodness. I don't know who's running this ****. I placed an order and paid in November 2024 and to date nothing has been delivered. The ****mers went on holiday and spent their festive season with their loved ones spending our hard-earned money. They have 0% in terms of service and are on (-) 100% in their communication which is super poor. All I want is my full refund non-negotiable or the consumer ombudsman will have to step in.
I held on a call I made to be assisted for more than 15 min around 9am and it’s knock off time for those that are not affected by this ****ty service from Vox. Their technical support has no technical skills to assist remotely… Get your team to my house to fix this mess….
To the staff of Baragwanath Hospital in-house Breast Clinic that operates closes with Ward 4👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾thank you for efforts you make to get things done with non existent equipment. I am still undergoing treatment and still admitted at Ward 4 and can safely say that I’m cared for. Ward 4 accommodates some of the most vulnerable patients battling the unrelenting Cancer but my goodness the staff puts their best foot forward. To the one or two rotten potatoes that will eventually spoil the broth, you know who you are, request transfers to other units as you are toxic and horrible… To Dr Murugan, the leaders of the respective units, thank you for all you do through your team🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾.
What a disgusting and unprofessional service . An absolute total waste of money … in fact it operates like a fly-by night institution. I have been waiting for my certificate since January.
That useless, state-captured business hiding behind poor Vox. Your infrastructure has a problem and that I can confirm. I became an I.T technician in 4hrs using Vox systems from my house. YOUR MALFUNCTIONING INFRASTRUCTURE IIIISSSS THE PROBLEM WHILE YOU FIND IT PROPER TO KICK THE CAN FURTHER DOWN THE ROAD!!!😡😡😡
We have been without fibre connectivity since Wednesday night. SMS notifications were sent out but why can’t their technicians sort this problem out. Vox must deduct days that service was not provided as they really can’t expect a full subscription fee when they’re causing chaos with their poor service. It’s actually disgusting to service customers in this manner. I hope they go out of business. Regards
