Purchased from them in November 2024. Do not buy from this company as they advertise real brands and send counterfeit items. They also do not respond to any messages on any platforms. Total waste of money and also *******.

Great customer service! I added another car to my policy in less than 15 minutes. Thabang was so helpful and even made small talk to fill in the breaks when the system was loading.
I’ve got both my dogs on Oneplan pet insurance and I actually cannot fault anything! They’re so friendly, the vet visits are paid immediately and I’ve never had to worry about my dogs not being able to visit the vet when they need to. Best pet insurance in my opinion
I have never experienced such horrible service from any company I have ever dealt with. It is easier to deal with Home Affairs than it is with VOX. The business that I work for decided to move over to Vox this year and it has just been issue after issue. I understand that porting over a landline number takes time and we were happy to wait for this to happen. Once Vox had told us that the process could go ahead we were then told that they did not have the two extra handsets that we had ordered a whole month before. They then kept putting the blame on our previous providers and claimed that they were delaying the process. Once everything had been approved all we were told was that our landline number would show as a different number until porting had been completed. Our landline could not receive calls for almost 1 and a half days, hindering the business. Whenever I managed to get a hold of our customer service representative she just told me that everything was okay on her side, not really worried about the fact that nothing was actually working. Eventually, with some phoning around, the number started working again. I will definitely not be recommending Vox to anybody that I know and I really hope people read the reviews on HelloPeter and Facebook before even considering using Vox.
They had no proper screening for Covid-19, only hand sanitizer. A particular staff member, Yaka or something like that, had no regard for anybody's safety and made jokes about how we all take our masks off anyway and that is why it was okay to stuff the cable car to maximum capacity, ignoring all social distancing rules. Why have social distancing stickers on the floor if you're not going to follow Covid rules and why make comments like that when the majority of people are still taking precautions? It seems as though the staff at the Table Mountain Cable Way are not educated about the severity of Covid-19.
If I could give this company a negative star rating I would. They are so inefficient and their call center is the biggest joke. They say please wait for one of our knowledgeable call center agents to help you but it seems like nobody knows anything there. I needed my account reset as I had just moved in to a new apartment and it took me about a week before someone actually helped me deal with it. I called one morning after a call center agent had told me to call and ask to speak to finance and the guy that answered just plain out told me that finance starts working at 8am so I need to call back at about 10am because they have meetings. Don't they have protocols or someone manning the lines during meetings? The cherry on top was that they took my details and said someone would call back. Little did I know that someone would call back only 7 days later, by which point I had called through and eventually got through to someone who could help. Such a frustrating service to deal with.
