Worst car dealer
If I can give no star I would.Stay away from this company.They dont service your car.They sell you a car with defects and just shrug it off.You cant complain about the after sales service....because there is none.They tell you that they will call you back in 10 minutes and then they dont even call you back.Stay away from Dewald or anybody at Highway motors.No communication and very rude.When servicing my car, I received a massive bill with brakes and shocks broken.Car was in a accident and they **** about it.They just want your money and then leave you out to dry.

Buying an vehicle.
Dankie Abel vir die diens en vriendelike mens wat jy is ,my aankoop van die Fortuner was net uit n ander wereld,jy is n ster maat ,ons kom al baie jare saam jy en ek dankie vir die goeie manier wat jy my gehelp het met die on line goed .

Hi All Do not support this bunch of Rogues. They have ******** me out of a vehicle and left me at a loss. I had two vehicles for sale on Autotrader, i was contacted by Rudi van heerden, highway motor group klerksdorp. They sent their guy, Craig to view the vehicles, craig offered to settle the bank for my BMW X1 and offered a price of R 260 000 for my ISUZU bakkie, (R100 k less than what i had it advertised for). I insisted on having this in writing in which they delayed, next morning they transfer the R 260 k into my account and have two guys waiting outside my house to take the bakkie, at 7am, taking it up to klerksdorp from Durban. For the second car, BMW X1, Craig, the biggest bull****ter kept dragging me from mid december to now, with different stories that payment was done on several occasions, family trust issues, etc. etc. etc. Dont support them, they are making a profit by de*****ing others, they certainly will not last long in business, also looking at the bad reviews, their reputation in the market is terrible!

bad sales person
last year i went inquiring about a blue ford ranger at the highway motor group in Klerksdorp N12 and i was assisted by this rude and irrational sales parson he is an old man and racesist, from what i can see he was a bit drunk. I took it light and went back today inquiring about the same bakkie yet i got the same experience from him racesist and not patient told me im wasting his time as and blew cigarette smoke on my face to show how he does not like black people or was it me he did not like I thought he is too old to be treating people like they are nothing i would not recommend this place for any one to go there or be assisted by that old man

Poor Service @Highway Motors Klerksdorp
We bought a car from them in November 2022. We drove 250km to receive the car, but when we got there my husband realised the central locking doesn't work. We reported it imidiately the salesman Gavin. Two days and a lot of emty promises later we left with the central locking still not working, but with a promise that the parts will be sent to us and the repairs will be paid for. It is now 3 months and lots of phonecalls later. NO parts, NO Repairs and NO Gavin. The car is starting to have other problems aswell and we have no hope of it being fixed in ANY way. Be carefull out there guys

We bought a car from them in November 2022. We drove 250km to receive the car, but when we got there my husband realised the central locking doesn't work. We reported it imidiately the salesman Gavin. Two days and a lot of emty promises later we left with the central locking still not working, but with a promise that the parts will be sent to us and the repairs will be paid for. It is now 3 months and lots of phonecalls later. NO parts, NO Repairs and NO Gavin. The car is starting to have other problems aswell and we have no hope of it being fixed in ANY way. Be carefull out there guys

Honestly and integrity means nothing to Highway Motors
Worst experience ever! Bought a BMW X6 from them on the 9th December 2022, asked to return it three days later after discovering there was a major gearbox issue. They then said they will not take it back and offered to repair it. During the course of the next few days I took it to Rex Diff and Gearbox, BMW Durban and PJ's Auto (their mechanic in Durban) to find that the gearbox, transfer box both had faults. Added to this the multimedia system was faulty, AND the front and rear bumpers had both been completely resprayed after they had told me that only the wheel arch holding had a small touch up done (overspray all over the place as well). Now the rear tail light is filling with water, the passenger mirror won't adjust vertically or fold in, the passenger fog light is completely loose, and the amplifier has been disconnected as the noise the audio system makes even with the car off is so loud you cannot sit inside. Ive since been in contact with the previous owner who sent me photos of the vehicle as it was sold to Highway Motors, and its VERY clear that there was significant damage to the front and rear bumpers, something that is now just "gone" and was never disclosed to me!! He also told me in writing that the Audi system was a problem all along. Highway Motors also only provided me the NATIS papers a month and a half after I got the car, in the last two weeks I asked Gavin the sales manager on a daily basis where the papers were as I was going to get a fine with an unlicensed vehicle. This has now happened to the tune of R1800.00!! All they do is duck and dive, and have basically told me to take them to the ombudsman as its not their problem they have offered to repair the gearbox (their offer was to change the transfer box oil, nothing to do with the gearbox in fact) WORST DEALERSHIP EVER and in my opinion a bunch of crooks, SHAME on you Highway Motors!!

Excellent costumer service
When you enter that garage you are been recognised and acknowledge with a friendly service. Big up to those guys keep up the good work I hope people who used that garage can take explain of customer customer service
