Been paying my premium for years now and when i need to claim im being told that my car paint has faded and that it voids the claim i mean i had the policy for that Long sure the cat wil fade but its not rusted like they say and is plastic how can a plastic rust and yes with bad paint it happens but that doesn't eliminate the fact that in that specific area the car is scratched and not well and the back light is cracked and they not looking at it at
poor consumer service when calling u spend 30 Minutes on the line when they pick up they not saying anything, currently on an hour tops trying to get hold of them was calling between 4 and 5 pm
This is the worse experience i have ever got from a service provider, we buy this hair and receive the next product that is not satisfactory, and we are told to buy more so that the hair looks like what is being advised
tyme bank is not helping us in disputes when we are unhappy with more tyme service providers, their consent is about funds that are coming in yet the service provider that is rendering services via tymebank is allowed to continue providing the services under thier umbrella. i believe if a consumer is not happy about the service he/she should be given a chance and all parties involved showed try and resolve the issue, please assist as the ***** line guys says the is nothing they can do about it. as Avum fashion is taking us for a ride
last year i went inquiring about a blue ford ranger at the highway motor group in Klerksdorp N12 and i was assisted by this rude and irrational sales parson he is an old man and racesist, from what i can see he was a bit drunk. I took it light and went back today inquiring about the same bakkie yet i got the same experience from him racesist and not patient told me im wasting his time as and blew cigarette smoke on my face to show how he does not like black people or was it me he did not like I thought he is too old to be treating people like they are nothing i would not recommend this place for any one to go there or be assisted by that old man
Im currently claiming for my rims and tires that got damaged in a accident and im being told that it was an accidental damage and, and on the photos requested i specifically showed the rims and tires that im requesting help for yet i was told that the qoute is R22000 yet i was not even send the qoute. send an email to disputes@miway.co.za and the e-mail does not exist. i was hoping to get a qoute on the rims and tires not the whole car worse ever experience when in need my claim ref is C1697616

great service today i was assisted by Agent nameSlindile Ncama the guy knows that with 10years being with motorvap makes me not but only a consumer but i have turned into family, tanx for the great service and the follow up to check if the guys arrive to tow me even after they arrived i got a call from Slindile to follow up on my safety im very happy with the service ii can recommend it to any south Africans 10 years later and im happy S/O to Slindile Ncama consultant of the year
Rate of 14.75percent (Prime + 4.25percent) is at best, we are unable to improve. I went from 9percent interest rate back to 14.75percent interest rate Even the agent @ FNB are shocked by the hike
My experience with Victor Dipedi changed how I view consumer services as the guy made sure that my need were catered for and understand what financial storm means, also thank you to shamonee in the Klersdorp branch as Victor made sure she makes life easy on my pocket best service ever trust me I recommend
