Worst service ever
I'm having the worst service ever from Thando Khorombi,I have never came across someone who is so *************, dishonest and doesn't keep,his promises, he is a ****, Thando Khorombi took our couches for covering the beginning of December last year ,we gave him cash and more than the deposit but he fled with our money and couches, he started by having stories and now he is not answering our calls or replying to our messages, I'm extremely disappointed with his service and I'm writing this review now on the 3rd of June 2025 and I haven't received the couches back,our lounge has been an Open space with no couches ever since

Worst service ever

Took my seats and left, did not answer calls
Stay away. In March 2025, I agreed with Thando from Hincorio to make new car seats. I paid %50 upfront. He came to my home, and said it will take 3 hours. He had a problem with his machine, so said it will be easier if he removes the car seats and takes it with him. Biggest mistake I made. For the next 3 days, he ghosted me - not taking calls or messages. I went to visit his store, but that location does not exist. He eventually returned my seats with covers after 3 days.

Disappeared with my money and furniture
Thando Khorombi is not sincere in how he runs his business. I have used his services twice and on both occasions he has not been honest. He Insists on a 50% deposit upfront then disappears and gives excuses after excuses. I paid him R7350 to re-upholster a couch with genuine leather on 26 April 2024 and he promised to deliver the couch on 9 May 2024. He is now not answering my calls and messages; in essence he has my couch and my money. He said he would deliver today after 11h00am and we agreed on 12pm. It's 13h35 and no word from him. He continues to do this to honest clients based on other Hello Peter reviews and I don't know why he is just not honest with customers.

Takes your money and does not deliver what he promises
I asked Mr Thando Khorombi, owner of Hincorio, to create 2 protective covers for the base of my couch. I gave him the sizes and photos of exactly what I wanted and paid him upfront because I trusted him. He dragged this simple task on for nearly 2 months with lies and excuses each time I requested progress. He made appointments several times but never pitched and never even had the courtesy to cancel them. I then threatened to report him to Snupit who gave him my lead for the job. He then dumped an offcut unsewn piece of material at my home to pass off as a professional cover. I asked him to refund my money or complete the job as agreed: but to-date he has ducked and dived as he did before. I will never use or recommend him again.

Poor Customer Service
Thando did a shabby job on my couch which I paid R8000 for upholstering. I lodged a complaint in the 19th January 2016 and he is yet to attend to my complaint. He is playing hide and seek and making empty promises that he will fix his mistakes. I want to be refunded. I am tired of his poor customer service.
