Took my seats and left, did not answer calls
Stay away. In March 2025, I agreed with Thando from Hincorio to make new car seats. I paid %50 upfront. He came to my home, and said it will take 3 hours. He had a problem with his machine, so said it will be easier if he removes the car seats and takes it with him. Biggest mistake I made. For the next 3 days, he ghosted me - not taking calls or messages. I went to visit his store, but that location does not exist. He eventually returned my seats with covers after 3 days.

I had iGrow manage my property and tenant. We had a signed contract that defined their responsibilities and fees. 8 months into the contract, iGrow, without my knowledge started charging the tenant additional fees, that were not included in the contract. When I found out about it, they stopped taking my calls, and only responded on email. Eventually, they accepted that they acted *******ly, and refunded the tenant. I've since terminated my relationship with iGrow. Dont trust them.
