I logged a claim with my personal broker on the 13th of April 2026. He submitted my claim to Hollard but almost 6 weeks have passed (today is May 21st) without even a claim number or any communication from Hollard. My broker often follows up but with no luck getting feedback. Not at all satisfied with the service Hollard provides. Their service is pathetic, to say the least. I WILL NOT RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE !!!.
