I logged a claim with my personal broker on the 13th of April 2026. He submitted my claim to Hollard but almost 6 weeks have passed (today is May 21st) without even a claim number or any communication from Hollard. My broker often follows up but with no luck getting feedback. Not at all satisfied with the service Hollard provides. Their service is pathetic, to say the least. I WILL NOT RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE !!!.

Sales persons are very annoying. Still busy on the website to get a quote online, not even finish when they start phoning you non stop. I did not select the "give me a call" option when I started the quote
The delivery man Micheal as he called himself phoned me on tuesday to deliver my parcel at work. Due to their slow delivery service i am on leave and not at work anymore. Micheal said that they will come and deliver to my hous i just need to send him my adres. It is thursday late afternoon and no delivery yet. I phoned micheal and while i was busy talking to him he just put the phone down in my ear. I tried to call back but now he do not answer. Very unproffesional service to just hung up
No response when you mail a quiery, no response when you try to chat to a consultant on their website. Contact number not working. Not good service, defnitely no fast delivery. If i had i choice i will never deal with them.
Give them a rating of 1 only because there is no minus score. Very very poor customer service. Will not recommend them af all!!!!
