Security guard needs to be orientation about what can be done and what cant be done at DHA, they kept telling us to go on the online platform, we showed them that it wasnt working, can we have directions, they couldn't assist past telling us to go onto the platform, he couldn't even assist us with the platform yet he wouldn't allow us to get someone who could assist

I struggled to make an online appointment and after 3 months just went there at 7am in the morning. IT IS USELESS TO MAKE ONLINE APPOINTMENTS - they are overbooked for a month in advance and even then it does not help. By 9am I was waiting inside for my passport application and about 40 minutes later I was out. Now - they stay OPEN until 6pm so the chances that you will be served is great!! They ONLY do ID documents and passports, so all certificates and stuff, Mailibongwe offices. Be kind to them all the time, and you will be treated like gold. For those self serving, arrogant, self centered *******s out there, chill. It will happen, just wait your turn

Complaint Regarding Intimidating and Unprofessional Conduct by Staff While waiting to collect our passports and IDs, a group of six of us were left unattended at the counter for approximately 15 minutes. During this time, one of the customers quietly expressed her confusion about the lack of assistance while speaking to her partner. Without any provocation, a staff member named Puleng Moagi approached her in a confrontational and intimidating manner, asking, “Do you have something you want to say?” Her tone and body language were aggressive and inappropriate for a public service environment. The entire group was visibly shocked by her behavior, which created a tense and uncomfortable atmosphere. Ms. Moagi then proceeded to sit down, continuing to stare at the group in a manner that felt intentionally intimidating. This experience was deeply unprofessional and unacceptable.
