The Branch Manager is the best, he will leave his office and come to the customers and be courteous and guarantee a professional service is offered. The consultants serve with a smile, it was extremely easy to open an account, their app is as simple as ever, easiest to navigate. Well done guys, and keep it up.

Given the economic pressure and the cost of living uproar that most of us find ourselves dealing with, I called Miway to ask for a reduction in my monthly premium, the response at the other end was so positive and encouraging, I received economic sympathy from miway and Lehlohonolo Khumalo who was assisting me remained professional yet extremely helpful and through her assistance, my monthly premium with Miway was reduced to my affordability and satisfaction. I have received an extremely Bitter and Rude service from SPAR BRONKHORSTSPRUIT now at 08:05 am. I will call the cashier who helped me Martha "Rude" she was contiously rude to me and I asjed her why is she so mean to me early morning and she couldn't give a damn she continued to say there is nothing mean about what she is sayong to me. My point is where is courtesy and customer cars at Spar Bronkhorstspruit!! The cashier attacked me verbally because I was speaking in Sepedi and she is Ndebele therefore she doesn't respond to Sepedi speaking people she can see my mouth moving but cant respond to me as she doesn't respond to what she doesn't know (my Sepedi language)! I was so offended! My question is: why do we continue doing this to one another fellow South Africans!! Martha was very rude, interacting with her was the worst thing that could happen to me in this day. I will not be making my way to Spar any time soon.
The service I received from Nedbank was exceptional. Candice Naidoo from Nedbank left a wide smile on my face and I have been happy ever since. She is calm, professional and highly knowledgeable about the products I was looking for and received from Nedbank. Keep up the excellent work Candice. Excellent service indeed.

If you are looking for BAD SERVICE may you kindly make your way to MTN shop Bronkhorstspruit. There is a dude there by the name of Thabo, he is Extremely Rude, Inconsiderate, Self-centered and customer service is none of his business!!! The guy was so cold and welcoming he did not even care an inch in helping me or even hear me out!! Where did mtn find this guy Because they must definitely take him a back to where they found, he is a so called consultant but trust me you can not Consult anything with him because he is rude and he just said to me "I do not know what you are talking about, I can not do that" by the way family I was just asking him if I can apply for data/internet packages, he couldn't give a damn. What a Horrible service I have just received!!
