I recently placed an order on TEMU because they seemed to have great prices even though the quality of the products are not top notch. We know this because all you need to add to the sentence to underline the quality is to add "Made in China". This, however is not my complaint. The EFFEN SA Customs *******s, the fee I had to pay for customs was almost a 3rd of the total order price. Usually before was not that crazy but it seems that this ******* *********** useless a-holes that run the country now makes it cheaper to actually go to China Mall and look if you can find what you want there. My order was not big but it is now more expensive for me than if I would have bought it in a mall or something. Will NEVER order on TEMU again. They need to give the buyer a taste on what the ******* Customs department will add to the order.
Save yourself some very hard times ahead if you consider buying an HP laptop or printer or ANY of their products. Our family have had our fare share with this ****, and when you start looking online, HP products are usually followed by collections of swearwords. This product, was designed by satan worshipers with the purpose to let humans loose hope and be in dispair. They force you to open accounts, use only their refills and after like 3 years they set their products to expire and force you to purchase new ones. Just don't get this ****, it is a waste of good money.
I struggled to make an online appointment and after 3 months just went there at 7am in the morning. IT IS USELESS TO MAKE ONLINE APPOINTMENTS - they are overbooked for a month in advance and even then it does not help. By 9am I was waiting inside for my passport application and about 40 minutes later I was out. Now - they stay OPEN until 6pm so the chances that you will be served is great!! They ONLY do ID documents and passports, so all certificates and stuff, Mailibongwe offices. Be kind to them all the time, and you will be treated like gold. For those self serving, arrogant, self centered *******s out there, chill. It will happen, just wait your turn
Well. Where do you start? I had a problem on my Android app that I have been struggling with. Took the Capitec Help Service on WhatsApp, and of course, flippen bots and auto responses to start off with, and later got to a human with some woman name. To make it short, I told her/it that the steps she/it suggested, I have done numerous times before, and it did not work then, and will not work now. Anyway, she/it told me to uninstall my app and then re-install and that ALL I will need is my number and ID. TOLD her it is incorrect but she insisted. Done the uninstall and by God, when it came to link my phone again, DID NOT WORK BECAUSE OF THE EFFED UP FACIAL SCAN POLICY!!!!!!!. Told her but it seems Capitec train their help desk people to not listen to the customer and do what the hell ever they want to do. Anyway. Had to take time off to go to the bank and have it connected again. THE FLIPPEN BENEFICIARIES I WANTED TO DELETE IS STILL ON MY APP!!!! Dischem has this Captcha feature that has to validate you are human, but the flippen thing keeps on appearing even if you fill the puzzle correctly. I cleared my cache and tried again but it keeps on happening. Tried to contact them but nothing at all. ****** useless having a website that nobody can enter.

I have ordered blood monitor pressure machines. BOTH of them kept on displaying ERROR all the time on the LCD. Now, I sent a message to the Takealot help center of customer care center, and they kept on sending me articles standard on some complete different topic. Do you know that they do NOT have a customer call number OR an email address that you can send anything too? I found on ****edcustomer.com a phone number and then 3 unrelated email addresses that I sent my request to. Once again, incompitence dot com. Can be expected as we are in South Africa so
We suspect it was only one individual that broke into our house through an unsecured window on the second floor. Two mobile phones and a wallet was ****** on Saturday evening or Sunday morning hours. Today, Monday, the Forensic Serveces of SAPS came to our home and took fingerprints and things. When they arrived they very politely introduced themselves and was extremely friendly and knew what they were doing. I asked them and they told that their team service like 16 police stations around and that it would have been greater for them if they had 2 vehicles assigned to their teams instead of only one. I take my hat off for these police officers as they were so so great to interact with and you hear so many times some bad mojo with police encounters but this absolutely deserves them 5 stars!! Thank you for taking care of us!!
Went today again to Dr Moon to fix a tooth of mine. Man!! She is just SO amazing!! Have the best bedside manners and talks gently while she is working on you and she is just the best out there!! Yesterday I wanted to pay over some money to some guys account so when I added him as a beneficiary on the mobile app and wanted to make the payment it once again asked me to take a photo of myself. This also happened a previous time so I gave a bad review for this function but the gentleman at the bank as well as a Capitec phonecall I got explained it to me so this time I was quite ok to go to the bank in the morning and let them help me make the transfer. I did not get her name but it was the lady at the entrance of the bank giving out the tickets to get in front of a ban agent that went out of her way to help me with the self service machine and went with me very calmly and guided me step by step how to get it done. A BIG shoutout for this lady!! You absolutely made my day with your kindness and guidence you gave me!! Thank you so much dear!!
