HomeTech solar company in Durban unprofessional
Hometech solar company in Durban installed my pool heater solar panels wrongly and now they are taking me from pillar to post when they are supposed to fix them correctly. And it has been over 2 months now.

SMEG cooker repair
My SMEG oven was not working. Hometech Services came out and replaced the timer. In the meantime the switch had gone. They contacted SMEG and ordered a new switch. On returning they replaced the oven seal and door brackets as well. Great job. Guys were polite efficient and above all knew their job.

By Far the Most Ill- mannered business owner
Hometech Sa Jeffreys Bay has the most ill-mannered owner by the name of Andre Oosthuizen in Jeffreys Bay. He made an appointment and when he was confronted why he did not keep the appointment, or at least let us know, he put down the phone on me.

By Far the Most Ill- mannered business owner
Hometech Sa Jeffreys Bay has the most ill-mannered owner by the name of Andre Oosthuizen in Jeffreys Bay. He made an appointment and when he was confronted why he did not keep the appointment, or at least let us know, he put down the phone on me.

SOLAR PANEL REFUND
i recently had a quote to install some solar panels for my pool, the initial quote was R9000, then once i had paid a R5000 deposit, did they come out and realise that the pump was too small, and that they under quoted on the amount of piping needed, hence i got another quote for R23000, I mailed Foziah Vardiah and cancelled the installation, she promised to pay the deposit back on the 23rd of September 2019 , despite numerous mails and promises , no refund has been made . SOLAR PANEL REFUND

Solar panels
After my dealings with DR.Container sales, (see my review elsewhere) a company that almost stole R15 000 from me, I was very reluctant to do any business via the internet. But I did and bought solar panels for our pool. The service could not have been better. Thank you Dominic Symes. It was a pleasure doing business with you.

Ons het ‘n kwotasie gekry van Hometech SA - Shop 10, Da Gama Building, Oosterland Straat, Jeffreysbaai. Oos-Kaap Provinsie om garage deure te installeeer op 26/01/2017 vir ‘n bedrag vanR9790,00. Kwotasie is aanvaar en deure is geinstalleer ongeveer 10/05/2017 (dis toe ek die finale betaling gedoen het - so deur was klaar geinsalleer.) Die deure het begin roes, handvatsels is besig om uit te skeur en optrek tou - besig om uit te rafel. Wag nou al meer dan 2 maande vir Mnr. A. Oosthuizen om ons te kom sien oor hierdie aangeleentheid. Hy maak afsprake en kom dit nooit na nie, maar stuur uit de bloute iemand om na die probleem te kom kyk. Foto’s is geneem deur hierdie werker - maar tot hede geen terugvoer. Ons vraag - hoe lank is ‘n Waarborg geldig op Garage deure? Of moet ‘n mens nou elke jaar nuwe deure insit? Duur spelletjie, Vorige T****E HANDSE se Wispeco deur het gehou vanaf 1999 - 2017, Hoe kry ons reaksie van hierdie bedryf? Swakste diens wat ons nou die afgelope tyd van hierdie bedryf kry. ons is kliente van hierdie bedryf sins 2012 - toe hulle hier oopgemaak het, maar deesdae is dit nag om enige reaksie van hulle te kry. Hometech pool cover bad quality
Don't ever buy a pool cover from them! It lasts less than a year and will set you back around R4000! After about 18 months the bubbles start popping out of the blanket and renders the blanket semi useless. Homestech, after you complain about this, tells you that you should've done all kinds of things like removing the blanket once a week to neutralise the effects of the pool chemicals, etc. So clearly the product (500 micron) does not meet quality stds! Be warned!

Pathetic service
Never have i dealt with a company that decides to apportion blame on the client and do not take responsibility for their mess up. As a result of their incompetence, i am now out of pocket. Had to pay transportation twice in addtion to the other costs i have. Their attidues of couldnt care less sucks!
