You decide to deduct an extra amount from my account without even consulting with me to find out if i have the extra money you are mentioning. I call the call the centre and i speak to a very rude girl who says there is nothing she can do about it. What nonsense is that! Dont you think if i had the extra money i would pay it!!! Dont put me further in debt! Cancel the amounts you plan to cancel as i dont have that money available! No one phoned me to ask me if i was able to pay the extra amount. As far as i know that is against the CPA. I need to consent to you deducting the extra amount. i cant afford the amounts you want to deduct from me!
Never have i dealt with a company that decides to apportion blame on the client and do not take responsibility for their mess up. As a result of their incompetence, i am now out of pocket. Had to pay transportation twice in addtion to the other costs i have. Their attidues of couldnt care less sucks!

Honestly we try and use you but you let yourselves down all the time! I applied on line beginning of Jan. No one has responded to me. As we have an account with you my husband figured it would be easier if we add the device to the account. He has been sent from post to pillar with no resolution. Can we have some one call my husband to resolve this please.
I called the prestige banking suite at 12. I asked for 3 month's bank statement, it is now 17.23 and I still have not received the statements. I called and complained that I had not received the statements but my complaints clearly fell on death ears! Absolutely rubbish service!
I registered my sister's baby showe yesterday but I unconsciously put her maiden name and not her married name. I went back to Baby City for them to amend the name but I was told the can't do it because it was already in the system. This for me just seems that the branch manager and the lady at the till where just being lazy. I made same mistake with Woolworths and I was able to change the name without any hussles! I urgently need to change the names as I need to send the invites tomorrow. The registry number is R/09/2015/105
