COMPLAINT-HONCHOS SMALL AND PRESIDENT

I’m a regular customer at the Honchos branch located at President & Small Street inside Ottawa Mall, but after today, I’m honestly reconsidering ever spending my money there again.

Not only was I denied the option to choose my chicken piece (which I’ve never had an issue with before), but the staff had a stinking, dismissive attitude, as if my request was a problem or I was asking for a favor instead of paying for a service.

I support this business often, and it's incredibly disappointing that they treat a loyal customer like this. There’s clearly a lack of customer service training and zero regard for the people keeping the business running.

Until management addresses this and corrects the attitude problem at this branch, I will not be returning. Service like this is how you lose good customers.
