I received phone call form different people who claimed they are representing Prokard. They debited my credit card and even sent me various hotel options. When I phoned to arrange a booking nobody answered the phone. Can somebody help to trace them so that I can retrieve my money
Hotelia travels contacted me claiming to be PROKARD. They offered to renew my membership as it was going to expire. They had all my personal details, including PROKARD membership number, full names, ID no and details as to when the PROKARD expires.

I renewed the membership thinking it was PROKARD but received no communication from PROKARD. The amount that went off my credit card was from HOTELIA. Prokard denies it was them. I eventually made contact with HOTELIA. they sent me an electronic card with various hotels that they offer discounts. However the telephone number is continuously engaged and I cannot get a hold of them to book any hotels. They do not respond to any emails. They are a FRAUDULENT COMPANY. I am going to take legal action.
A lady from 0110662337 & 0110396781 phoned me today @12h03 and claimed to be calling from FNB Credit Card Division. She said she wanted to verify my Credit card of which she gave me the numbers in front of my Credit card and wanted the expiry date and the numbers at the back of my Credit card. i became suspicious and refused to divulge the numbers at the back. To my surprise within an hour, I received an sms notification from my bank, stating that R2590.00 has been deducted by Hotelia Travel.
I reported this to FNB for them to reverse this transaction as it was unauthorized. I don't know anything about Hotelia Travel and want nothing to do with them. i have my own Holiday Club. What kind of a marketing strategy is that if they call it a strategy is this by claiming to be other institutions? This is misrepresentation and a serious inconvenience at its best.

Owe me a refund since October 2013. Charles Langa NEVER returns or takes calls OR responds to emails. Rebecca Nebe the sales consultant also never responds to or takes any calls or responds to emails. As far as I am concerned these are scam artists!. Their landline 011 615 4955 also does not get answered.
