Really pathetic!! They refuse to refund me a ticket for an event even if I paid for a refundable service!! For nothing!! A work emergency where a person is not in the country is not a valid excuse for them!!

Follow-up on previous review - Absoluut PATETIES!!!!!!!!!!!!! The 12 days is past, surprise, surprise(after my previous review they said it will be here in 12 days), I still don't have my Patio and sidewalls. Even worse, its not yet in transit. Now they say next week. PATHETIC!!!!!!!!!I am beyond frustrated. Its not a small purchase. I will discourage ALL to use Howling Moon. If there products were not a good quality, they would have been out of business a long time ago! They cant even be bothered to reply to the reviews and address unhappy customers.

Follow-up on previous review - Absoluut PATETIES!!!!!!!!!!!!! When buying a caravan, its a big decision and an expensive one. I bought a Gypsy Lite from Vrystaat Woonwaens back in April. I was told the Patio are made by order through Howling Moon and it could take up to 8 weeks for manufacturing. Currently its 20 weeks since the order was sent in (just under 5 months!!). I understand Covid is playing a role, however, saying that the manufacturer(Howling Moon) are unable to get zips and that is the cause of the delay is just absurd. I even contacted the bank to find out if I can get out of my contract and return the caravan. Currently I am paying for a product that I am unable to use..... Pathetic!! How can they not get zips from another supplier - it is clear that they are only using Covid as an excuse. I will gladly update this post, if there service warrants it going forward.

<p>I purchased a Howling Moon tent and have been trying to corresponde with the company as I have a technical problem with it which I wish to discuss with them. I sent Howling Moon an email asking for advise on the 25 May 2017 and again on 8 June. To date they have not bothered to respond. There is no telephone number on their webpage and the local supplier does not have a contact number either. I cannot use the tent until I sort out the problem. </p>

My problem started off beginning April when I wanted to buy an awning from Campworld, in Bloemfontein, which was advertised on special. Here I was told that it could take four to six weeks as Howling Moon takes this long to supply. Why in the world would you advertise something on special if you cannot supply? I ended up buying another awning at double the price from Safari Centre in Bloemfontein. Towards the end of April '15 I order a side wall set for the awning and I was told it should take two to three weeks to deliver. It is now four weeks later only to be told that this product is only being manufactured this week! How can a large camping accessories supplier treat customers like this? To be honest, I feel like cancelling the order but where else do I buy as they are the only supplier of this product? I am seriously disgusted at this type of bad service we, the public, have to be contend with in South Africa lately.
