I don’t know how pathetic support can be from PNP ASAP!! My app has not been working for almost 2 weeks now and they keep on closing my support tickets with the same pathetic reply! They clearly don’t want business!
Useless pathetic service!!! This is the second time I have flown with Lift but it will be last!!! I travelled for a funeral and the amount of admin I had to deal with on top of everything else is ridiculous!!! And your personal is rude as well.
Really pathetic!! They refuse to refund me a ticket for an event even if I paid for a refundable service!! For nothing!! A work emergency where a person is not in the country is not a valid excuse for them!!
Mr D’s support services and the quality has just gone from bad to worse. I logged 3 support tickets on a order from 3 weeks ago and I still haven’t received any feedback!!
Really not happy with the service I have experienced from Strapless SA. I ordered watch straps and upon arrival I realized I ordered it wrongly. I have been struggling for more than a week now to get any sort of communication from them or for the exchange to happen although on their website they promise for it not to be an issue!
WORST possible network to ever use!! If they are not stealing and lying they are threating you with their legal department. Their client service is non existing. I had a issue that was investigated on email and over the phone they gave feedback and then the feedback suddenly changed completely. They also cannot provide me with the required proof to verify their claims because I didn't log support tickets but I did not have the credentials to do it and the joke is I log my tickets now as requested and their resolution was to refer me to WIFI specialist yet they are the service providers. All I can say is stay away!

Really annoyed with Nedbank at the moment! I have been struggling since last week to get a refund that they took additionally. I have settled my personal loan on the 29th yet they took my monthly installment on the 30th. Everything you call you hold on forever and get transferred to so many people. I spoke to an assistant on Monday and put in a request for a refund. They said it will take 3 day yet NOTHING today. Really an annoying proces just to get my money back!
Worst bank ever!!! I cannot express more how absolutely useless FNB's service has become over the last year. They clearly can't handle pressure of any sort. I made an payment to the department of home from the online platform the money was deducted from my account but is still not reflecting on my DHA's side. I spoke to 4 different agents today each with a different story. So don't they all work for the same bank?!? They can't reverse the transaction so that money is just floating in the air right now!?!? Their service has gone from bad to absolutely the worst!
I am really fed up with their poor service and I am on the brink of closing all my accounts with them to move to a different bank. I have been trying to sort out an issue with them since MONDAY, NO FEEDBACK to date. I was on the phone on Monday for MORE than 50 minutes. I'm getting threads because you believe there was a payment due on my credit card which there is NOT because a payment was made on the 2nd of March. There has been a mix up from YOUR side but I am the one getting punished so please sort this out ASAP. All I literally have been doing for the past two months is fighting to sort our issues! This is UNACCEPTABLE!
