I ordered a strap in March, upon opening the package they had sent me the totally wrong strap, different type and size… I eventually got the collection and return done but have not heard anything since about a refund etc. when I email I receive no response and also WhatsApp receives no response. They are sitting with my money and the returned strap!!!

Really not happy with the service I have experienced from Strapless SA. I ordered watch straps and upon arrival I realized I ordered it wrongly. I have been struggling for more than a week now to get any sort of communication from them or for the exchange to happen although on their website they promise for it not to be an issue!

I sent Strapless several messages following a delivery that included items I did not order. I have yet to receive any responses as of today, September 20. The company also lacks a phone number, which adds to a customer's helplessness if the company ignores them. This is unacceptable behaviour that should not be tolerated.
