**** - unintentionally signed up while booking flights. Cancelled subscription, was charged then informed membership was not active and no further action was required. Few weeks later I’m charged and receive a ridiculous emails about my membership
TICKET 229623 I attempted to log in to my Payflex account, which I deactivated after settling in full at the end of July 2025. After contacting support, I was informed that my account “remains flagged due to previous defaults resulting from payments exceeding the agreed-upon time frame” and that it has been permanently blocked. This explanation is inaccurate. I never received a single late payment notice or penalty while my account was active, so I find this reasoning both inconsistent and unsupported. Given the lack of transparency and unwillingness to review the matter properly, I’ll be taking my business to an alternative provider.
I purchased two toilets on 15 Aug, paid in full, and was then told they only had one in stock. I requested a refund (obviously), sent my bank details, and on 18 Aug was assured by email that the refund was on its way. Spoiler: it wasn’t. Since then, I’ve sent daily requests just asking for a basic update. Nothing. Not even the courtesy of a two-line reply. Apparently, customer service here means ignoring you once they’ve got your money. This entire saga has been a complete waste of time and energy — all for the “privilege” of lending them my money interest-free. A refund shouldn’t require detective work and begging emails. If you enjoy paying for stock they don’t have and then chasing them endlessly for your own cash, this is the store for you.
High quality sports wear, that lasts forever - I have sports bras that I bought in 2020 as well as leggings that I wear often and all the items purchased from Koa Koa Active are still in good condition. Amazing quality and its great to support a local brand.
This company is not based in South Africa, after placing my order 19 Sep, and additional custom duties, I received my order 6 Nov. The item was a blank cut out of the image I had submitted, despite my order confirmation displaying the image I uploaded. They claim I requested a matt white, however their order confirmation does not refer to a colour, only my requested image. After numerous emails backwards and forwards for over a week, they continue to request info and evade the refund. The reviews on their website which indicate near perfect have clearly been screened and Google reviews have been switched off. Trust Pilot is a true reflection of their service rating!
Sent trophies in for engraving, 6 out of 8 were incorrectly engraved. No proof was sent before going ahead. Trophies were sent back to be corrected, and not returned on time for the event they were required for.
According to their website: Why LekkeSlaap? Verified. All of our establishments are checked and verified Absolute nonsense, we booked The African Rock Guesthouse through Lekkeslaap, only to arrive to a ces****l of mould and filth. We chose not to stay in what can only be described as a brothel, and went to find alternative accommodation. After sharing the images of the establishment with LekkeSlaap, we were informed that the property would not provide a refund as there was nothing wrong with the rooms. The agent agreed that the room was unacceptable and filthy, and we have been offered a 50% refund from LekkeSlaap. If you put an establishment on your website, you should offer a full refund if it is not up to standard, and claim the refund back from the establishment. Disgusting service all round, would not recommend LekkeSlaap as they are promoting and supporting filthy properties.
I booked & paid for two tickets using my voyager miles, did an upgrade for my wife & myself. Flights were cancelled during Covid Pandemic. When I contacted SAA I was informed that the tickets would not be lost and would be honoured as soon as SAA would again start the leg to the UK. To date SA does not operate this route. I requested that these tickets be transferred back to my voyager wallet, enabling me to book alternate flights with SAA. On 23/10/2023 Naz Nanabhay refunded my voyager miles, and requested assistance from Sibongile Mtshali for the upgrade refund. Follow up emails were sent to Sibongile on 08/11/2023 and 11/01/2024 - all mails are ignored.
Caronise Matsen contacted me 26-Oct for a third party claim which was submitted 11-Oct (accident date 22-Sep). Submitted claim docs 27-Oct, assessor was appointed 15-Nov, he confirmed the report was submitted 16-Nov. Feedback regarding claim requested from Caronise 22-Nov and again 27-Nov - zero response. This claim has been dragged out for going on to 7 weeks now - absolutely appalling service
This online store is a **** - check Google before you purchase from them. They do not send your goods and promise a refund which never comes.
