I placed an order on Uber Eats. Once the driver was already there to collect he advised me they did not have milkshakes, the whole reason we ordered was to get milkshakes. I WAS NOT informed when I placed the order the milkshakes were not available only when the driver arrived to collect. I then cancelled the order as this was not what I had ordered, and requested a refund. They refused the refund and told me that I should make sure of my order before I place it. Trying to make out like it was my fault. It was the restaurant's mistake in this case and absolutely not my own. After going back and forth I was promised they would look into it again as I am loyal Uber Eats customer. It has been two weeks and I cannot get any feedback.
They were very helpful offering me a great alternative to cancelling my policy
I ordered a strap in March, upon opening the package they had sent me the totally wrong strap, different type and size… I eventually got the collection and return done but have not heard anything since about a refund etc. when I email I receive no response and also WhatsApp receives no response. They are sitting with my money and the returned strap!!!
