AUAUTHORIZED RESELLER
I bought a Bose soundbar from this online store and within a year it had a problem. I took it to the Bose store and was then informed that this is an anauthorized reseller and thus I have no warranty on the product. Thus, be very careful where you buy from.

False advertising
Poor experience. When I asked the store if they have stock of a certain laptop, they said yes. A few minutes later they increased the price by a few thousand Rands. Will not shop here ever. The contact on Instagram kept making excuses and never apologised. It seems like a scam company. Don’t shop here. You will lose your money

Dodgy company with dodgy tactics
Very dodgy company to deal with. I enquired about a laptop and they said it is still available. Right after I enquired, they changed the price from R12800 to R16500 and gave a lame explanation. Will not trust this company and it seems their HelloPeter reviews below are fake.

"I was very skeptical of HRM Online store when I forst saw it. The Garmin vivo active 3 I wanted was like R1000 cheaper than anywhere else. So I looked at a couple of reviews and phoned them to try and figure out if they were legit. I am glad to report they are. The service was great and the delivery was very quick. I am happy with the product." the is what someone else wrote. I can absolutely agree with this. We also bought a Garmin viva active 3 at a much lower price. But I was concerned about the transaction. However, we have never experienced such excellent service. The are totally legit and highly recommended. Thank you HRM!

They are legit , and staff are extremly helpful
Purchased a phone from them through bidorbuy ,it was more expensive then their actually website because i had my bought about this online store as they didn't have very many reviews so I choose the safer option ordering it through a middle man , but I would advise you order it directly from the store , they are a legit online store , my parcel arrived within a week , and their staff are extremely patient and understanding , I dealt with two lovely ladies who had to put up with me phone everyday , just want to say thank you again to Lwandisa and Theodorah . Only thing is they probably import their stock for you might need special adapters for chargers and so on which I am sure you can get at a Chinese store .

Great service! Can be recommended!
I ordered a hp ink cartridge from this company and received excellent service! The cartridge was well within the expiry period, delivered quickly and a great price, I can recommend them!
