Ugly Step-child Syndrome
<p>I have been a loyal cusotmer for over 4 yrs and recently they onouced that they are giving line upgrades to account holders for remaining loyal durning the transition to being owned by MTN. I live in Jackal Creek and our estate is never on eqaul footing with other estates they service. They are apparently not upgrading us ( as though my loyalty is worthless to them and yet I part with R1700 a month to them and have been for yrs. I guess my money is not good enough for them. Dont offer gifts if you are not going to be giving them to everyone, now you are going to lose a long term customer and I am going to wage a campaign to see if we cant switch from your ISP as an estate because you cant continue this underhanded beahviour without consequence! I am going to see if i can't get a petition going if you are going to give your other customers a free upgrade and you dont for us. How can i pay more for the exact same service from the same ISP???? Thats very insulting. I would rathar pay someone else than you if you are going to to do that and I am sure I am not alone. </p>

Fadding Fast
<p>I moved to FNB after very shoddy service from ABSA and I have to say things started great, but as of late, FNB has been very underwhelming! Firstly I have emails I sent to my private banker which she never responded to, even after follow-up emails... So much for 24/7 service. I recently walked into the bank hoping that in the bank I could make a specific request for specific design of replacement credit card i wanted, only to be told I had to settle for the standard card (shocked you don’t keep a ready supply of your cards to allow customers to have choices). The last straw is they card delivery. I setup for delivery of my card for 12-12:30 today. It’s now 4:22 and not a word from Mr Delivery or the bank. Never mind the incessant troubles you have been having with network and data (both of which I use from you for by business). Stop saying sorry and please fix your issues guys otherwise I might be forced to move banks once more. </p>

Best Online Shopping experience in SA!
I do online shopping with a lot of international sellers (mostly UK based) and you are on par with your free delivery options (you would be surprised as to how much that pushes traffic your way), very speedy dispatch and delivery of all my purchases have arrived sooner than stated! Lets not mention the fact that you are as much as 30% cheaper than brick and mortar shops! Win Win Win!!! Keep it up guys! Keep the bar that high and everyone will be forced to follow, esp the free delivery, it means the price I see is truly the price an item will cost me as opposed to driving to the closest physical shop!!

Great Service
I will be honest, I was reluctant to use a Bond Originator, but I have to say, this has been a great experience!! Leanne was VERY responsive (the lady does not sleep!! ) I got responses to emails I would send at my odd hours. I am very happy with the final result of this process and the level of help Leanne has rendered to me! If you are like me and had doubts about going this route, then do it with Leanne and you wont live to regret it! <br> <br> Keep it up Leanne!! Lovely job!!!
