On 15 July 2024 I bought an AEG stove, 5 gas burners elektic stove. Wrong item was delivered. It was returned to store. I asked for a swop ( not refund) they did not adhere to my request. They refunded the amount into a credit card that in the meanwhile had to be stopped due to ***** transactions ( not from Makro) I phoned about 10 times and speak to as many people as that. Everytime for about an hour. I sent emails ( also with new B a kings details for the refund) and got automated responses, with still no solution. I have been without a stove now for 3 weeks. No money, no stove, no customer service. I am beyond frustration. I will certainly in future spend my money elsewhere.
I ordered some items about 6 weeks ago. I did not at all got an estimated delivery date. After enquire about it several times I hot this email back two weeks ago: “ Thank you for reaching out to us. I would like to inform you that your order is currently being prepared for shipment. We apologize for any delay and appreciate your patience. We will notify you with a tracking number as soon as your order has been shipped. Have a good week. Kind Regards, Customer Service Center” Well, they resend the dame email about 4 times now, still without a despatched number. They have the items in stock. The are preparing it ro be shipped. This takes two weeks or longer, depening on how ling I still have to wait? Not acceptable!!! Please be aware.

So I looked at a couple of reviews and phoned them to try and figure out if they were legit. I am glad to report they are. The service was great and the delivery was very quick. I am happy with the product." the is what someone else wrote. I can absolutely agree with this. We also bought a Garmin viva active 3 at a much lower price. But I was concerned about the transaction. However, we have never experienced such excellent service. The are totally legit and highly recommended. Thank you HRM!
