AWAITING REFUND FOR MORE THAT ONE YEAR

It has been a year ago now that I ordered the Keto product, whereby they charged me more than I originally ordered for (R4000 plus). In turn, I e-mailed them to cancel the order. They sent me the details, Order Number: 5552459 Shipping Number: 802269903792622270. I never received the order and have been e-mailing them ever since, where they told me that I will receive my money once they get the goods back. I told them that I never received the goods.
