Keto scam ??

Ordered Keto online a month ago - have not received my package, and continue to only get copied & pasted replies telling me that my product is "still on the way," which I very much doubt.

Initially their calculations were incorrect and far more that I expected was deducted from my account. When I tried cancelling the order, I was informed that I couldn't do that, but would have to wait for the product to arrive in South Africa (which of course, it probably never did!) and then put in for a refund. How would that work? Doesn't make any sense to me, since I have requested a refund BECAUSE the product hasn't ever arrived!

Nothing about this order has been fun, and I will definitely never order from them again
