Took my car in to be re-painted and they did a really good job. When I took it in, they said it would take 2 weeks to complete the job, however the job took longer than that. I was then given a loan car to make up for not having my car ready within the agreed time.

I can’t recommend Hyundai Weltevreden highly enough! This is the third car I’ve purchased from them, and once again, they exceeded all expectations. A special shoutout to Dylan, who made the entire experience seamless and enjoyable – from the smooth sales process to ensuring I left the service with my car feeling practically brand new. My trade-in was excellent, the deal on my new Tucson was fantastic, and the handover experience was nothing short of extraordinary. They went all out – covering the car with a black cloth, smoke machine, music, flashing lights – I truly felt like a superstar. Thank you to the entire team for making this such an unforgettable experience. Hyundai Weltevreden continues to set the standard for exceptional service and customer care!

I can’t recommend Hyundai Weltevreden highly enough! This is the third car I’ve purchased from them, and once again, they exceeded all expectations. A special shoutout to Dylan, who made the entire experience seamless and enjoyable – from the smooth sales process to ensuring I left the service with my car feeling practically brand new. I bought a at Hyundai Weltevreden Park Johannesburg on 06 October 2025. I stay in the Eastern Cape. I first reported the issues to the dealer, [Antonio Morris], and his managers on [16 October 2025] but they kept saying they will attend my issue. I have made more than 10 [ten] attempts to have the dealer resolve these issues, but they have been unsuccessful in repairing the vehicle or have refused to cooperate. The vehicle is not of satisfactory quality, not fit for purpose, and not as described at the time of purchase. The specific faults, which render the car unsafe and non-drivable, are: • [Fault 1, e.g., Engine failure – EPC orange light on] • [Fault 2, e.g., Battery failure – EPC orange light on] • [Fault 3, e.g., Fuel Gauge dysfunctional – Providing inaccurate reading / Zero range] On November 21, 2025, I decided to return the vehicle to the dealership because they were uncooperative in repairing the car. They repeatedly promised to address the issue but ultimately failed to respond to my calls. I drove 1,100 kilometers to return the vehicle, which incurred expenses. I am without a vehicle and have not been provided with a courtesy vehicle. I am requesting that they send the cancellation of the vehicle finance agreement to the bank. I am disappointed with Hyundai's handling of this situation, as it could have been resolved without the need to returning the vehicle or involving lawsuits. The total amount for reimbur*****t for traveling buying new battery booking flight and hiring vehicle from airport and toll gates is [R15742,53].

The service there is horrible, I took my car in for the same issue three times, and the same method was practiced even when I insisted that they change my clutch. I took my car in today for the fourth time and the staff is busy planning a party and ignoring me, I waited for over an hour for service and will not be surprised if I come back again. I don't think I will ever go there again, they wasted my time and money.

Laat year Junw 2024 I bought a demo Grand I10 Sedan. Year model Aug 2023 with 18573km mileage. At branch last year they said the last service was for R15 000 next service will be 30 000. Yesterday took my car for 30 000 service. Just left my car at Hyundai the service Manager phoned me saying i need to pay for car service. Asked how can it be still new car. Service Manager said free service only for first 15 000. When i bought the car at Hyundai weltevredenpark they didnt told me from now on i need to pay for services.New car but no extra benefits. Im so disappointed in Hyundai. They are quick to sell a car to you but no benefits. Make sure next time you buy a car does it include free services.

I am receiving the worst customer service from Hyundai Weltevreden Park. I do not understand how they operate, and they lack communication with the customer. I visited the dealership multiple times. Firstly I was called to sign papers regarding my vehicle warranty. I head over to the branch only to find out that the paper work is in order but I can bring my two front seats in for repairs. I was disappointed that they could've simply told me this over the phone. I was told to bring my two front seats in for repairs, and I went to the dealership again. It was not communicated that it might take 2 days or more. If I knew I could've properly organized myself transport to go to work and back. I left again very unhappy because I needed my vehicle for the rest of the week. I set a date for the third time now, and go on Monday 10 February 2025, and left my car there. I then received a call saying that only one seat can be done, as the driver's seat was the wrong seat cover. I then ask that this obviously means that it's a one day job and ask if I can come collect it, and they confirmed yes. I go to the branch later on around 16:30 pm, and found my car not done. I then asked that why was I told that in the afternoon my car will be done only to find that the front passenger seat is not even in the vehicle. I was not even told anything. I left with my vehicle like that and was told that I could leave my vehicle, and I refused. This is the worst customer service I've experienced, and I believe that the branch lacks basics such as communicating. I honestly feel insulted and never want to set foot in that branch once my seats are done.

Had the best experience with one of the salesperson there by the name of Antonio, efficiency at its best. I was in and out in a week from finance to trade in. You guys are the best I’ve ever worked with thus far and will definitely recommend you to anyone wanting a car.
