The service there is horrible, I took my car in for the same issue three times, and the same method was practiced even when I insisted that they change my clutch. I took my car in today for the fourth time and the staff is busy planning a party and ignoring me, I waited for over an hour for service and will not be surprised if I come back again. I don't think I will ever go there again, they wasted my time and money.
I am super happy with the service received from my runway. I am regular customer. However, I would like to highlight my current experience where I received the incorrect color shoe. From the time of escalating my query till the end of the query, I have received an excellent service from Kim, she has been patient and went as far as ensuring that my replacement item is correct. I am also pleased with the turn around time. Please keep up the good work and I also love the quality of the clothing provided at a low cost.
I have mixed emotions with snatcher, I am currently in the process of requesting for a return on a certain product because the product is not as stated on the website. But I am not getting any response, hopefully I will receive my money back, the delivery timeline is too long and the cost of delivery is too high. They need to consider getting their own delivery vans to reduce delivery costs.
I nearly got bumped by a putco bus, it just switched lanes with no warning. Bus plate number starts with FR 27 GP. It was around 16:45 on today. That driver should stop driving
Order has been received, after I had been told that it was delivered. Now the sizes of the duvets delivered are not as per my order. I ordered three queen bed sheets, these do not cover my bed in full and I bought a queen size duvet inner, it is also too big. The reason I am complaining about this in this platform is because I have not received a response on an email I sent a week ago.
I am not happy with the service I am receiving from home choice. When I log in to track my delivery, It states that it has been delivered, I called the call centre, the phone was picked up by Funeka, the lady is extremely rude and she does not listen. I requested for a signed delivery note, I was told that I will not receive it unless if I go to the police station to do an affidavit stating that I did not receive my order. I am totally unhappy as this will affect my credit rating as I am not willing to pay for an item I did not receive. On top this, I sent an email, after requesting for a delivery note there was no response. So at this point I believe that home choice is now a ****mer.
I got good service from Sizakhale and I will be paying lower rate as compared to my previous insurance
