I am so disappointed with ICAS services - I will be recommending to my company that this service should be cancelled. I used this service for the first time as I needed some counselling on 9th January, then again on 19th, 24th and finally on 2nd Feb. II got 2 calls from consultants apologizing profusely and then promising me that someone will call me back immediately. Today is the 10th February - Over a month and no assistance - Please escalate this to somebody who actually cares about this service - This is the start of many negative social media posts about your company - You can trace my agony
