I am so disappointed with ICAS services - I will be recommending to my company that this service should be cancelled. I used this service for the first time as I needed some counselling on 9th January, then again on 19th, 24th and finally on 2nd Feb. II got 2 calls from consultants apologizing profusely and then promising me that someone will call me back immediately. Today is the 10th February - Over a month and no assistance - Please escalate this to somebody who actually cares about this service - This is the start of many negative social media posts about your company - You can trace my agony
I made an online purchase on 25th September 2022. I specifically bought groceries from PnP to get their Power Bank special.All my groceries were delivered except the power bank which was the main reason for the purchase. I sent emails and even left a message online but they date no response - it just says not supplied. Your service is absolutely pathetic
This is a scam. Please do not trust. They go by Exclusive Auto Auctioneers as well: http://www.exclusive-auctioneers.co.za/. The cars on the website and on Facebook are priced too good to be true and it is fake. I called them and them insisted that i pay 50% of the value of the vehicle to get a Buyers code which is fully refundable. They said that i needed to pay before i see the vehicle for it not to go on the truck. I drove to this location and it does not exist. Please do not pay them any money.
I called MiWay today and was amazed with the service i received from both the Claims & Sales sections. I can't remember the first gentlman's name but the second ladym Itumaleng was incredible. She was very competent and pleasant to chat to ☺
<p>I spoke to a young gentlemen today on the telephone when i needed help with my account. He was amazing, offered brilliant customer service. He did not just dump me on hold but rather explained everything to me and actually took the time to do so. Everybody is so rushed and he on the other hand want to go at my pace. He stayed on the line and helped me with all my questions. I also felt comfortable in asking him more questions and he was knowledgeable in all aspects. I was disheartened today about Discovery but this man saved your business. Well Done Cheston !!!</p>
<p>I've seen amounts on my statement for a Club life that i never agreed to pay for. I've made several attempts to contact Edgars but nobody calls me back. It's as if they are hiding away from this. About two years back, a promotion lady at the store also mentioned that i was paying R40 or something. I told her that i have never agreed to it and i wanted to a manager to call me back. She said that she will take it off immediately as well. I never received a call and just assumed that it was gone and forgot about it.</p> <p>This is daylight robbery - I trusted Edgars, i budget very carefully and my limit is extremely small there too and now i discover that they were siphoning money from me. I want a full refund from the time of the inception of this. I want my money - Pay back the money !!!!!</p>
I Bought a Genesis Hydrovac from Game's Verimark about 2 years ago for about R1300. Last year, It stopped working so I took it in for repairs. They fixed it and this year around the same time, it broke down again.<br> Both times they said it is the motor, but only this year, they say I would need to pay R560.<br> How can this product be of so bad quality, I use that vacuum perhaps once a week so there isn't even any hectic usage.<br> This is absolutely ridiculous and a total rip off. I must run around to fix it everytime and now on top of things, I would need to pay !!!!
