I ordered presents for my grand children from Iconic brands, paid for it but did not receive anything. After months of writing emails I asked for a refund. I still didn’t receive anything

I purchased two pairs of shoes from them on the 5th of May , todays date is the 11th July , i am still waiting for my shoes , they only have a email address and no tel number to contact them , i have sent numerous mails and still waiting on my shoes that were paid for.

These guys sell a variety of items mail order only, are based in Pietermaritzburg. Product is reasonable and I find the shoes comfortable however trying to actually get them is such a mission. The delivery, which they indicate as 3-5 days with Fastway, is more like 3-5 weeks with a lot of complaint emails before they actually do something about it! Lady called Jane answers their info email if at all, usually with a 'I'll check and get back to you...' then nothing for days and days until you send numerous complaint and query emails!!!. so just know - product is good but their service delivery is almost non existent.

****mers. Ordered and paid. When i enquire about delivery "Jane" said they ran out of stock but will fly in new stock. Well, that stock never arrived. Ask for a refund. Got nothing. Jane will follow up with finance. Then she said the next day. That was more than a week ago. They are selling Temu stuff. You can buy the exact same shoes on Temu. Try to report them to payfast, no luck. Reported them to my bank to see if they can reverse the funds. Stay away!!! Blocked me on Facebook. Only Views, no reviews.

Like many others it seems I have been ****med, do not understand why advertising sellers do not do a check on their clients we try to buy from. The lack of a phone number should have been a red flag but I missed it, bad news people that probably scored a lot of money .
