Watch what you commit to
Had a three month contract , was not happy with the quality and could not cancel the renewal!! Blocked my bank card to make sure the payment could not go off , bad system as Payfast will not help with canceling the auto renewal, find a better service

Like many others it seems I have been ****med, do not understand why advertising sellers do not do a check on their clients we try to buy from. The lack of a phone number should have been a red flag but I missed it, bad news people that probably scored a lot of money .

Smar****ch from Trade Inn
Purchased a smar****ch and chose the expensive DHL delivery as it comes from Spain, very up to date service and watch was delivered 4 days after order, customs here in SA are a pain but DHL handles all , I just paid, will use them again

Bad specialist
Took a few of my watches to have batteries replaced, one of them had to be send to their ‘ specialist’ , it was returned after 5 weeks and just before I was to pay the R600 fee , I noticed that the watch was not working. Was sent back to the ‘specialist’ again, after another 4 weeks I received a call that repairs were R6000+, did I want that done, I told them the watch worked when I dropped it off for the battery : what happened? No response ! Collected it after another three weeks and indeed: they managed to have it damaged, do not go there for repairs !

Good service
Purchased a navigation replacement unit for my Mercedes, did not work well and , without complains, ***adi had it collected by courier and refunded in full. Will use the m again , good customer support.
