My child app**** for combination certificate for 2024 examination and on the form it said the combined matric certificate will be available between 4-8 weeks. We have been making numerous calls since April until now and we are given different responses as to when the certificate will be processed. The lady that was assisting us took leave and didnt ask anyone from the office to assist, even the supervisor will take our contact details and say they will call us back and never call us back. Today I called at 14:05 and said she will call me back and when I called at 15:06 they said she left. IEB is delaying us applying early at universities. The lack of conclusive response is utterly disappointing.

Poor Customer Service
Shocking Customer Service, called multiple times and still haven't received assistance in regards to an application form needed for a matric certificate replacement. The customer service fail to send a simple email with a pdf attachment, honestly a joke.

IEB ridiculous price for Remarks or Recount
IEB you are shocking. A remark and recount are 750 and 350 per subject. The government charged 120 and 27. How do you justify this. There are lots of kids who need remarks but can not afford the 750!!!!

Where's the confidentiality and professionalism in this.
There's a guy called Tebogo at the ieb (indipendant examinations board) he collects girls contacts from the ieb system, young girls who usually come in as temps for checking of scripts... And harrases them over the phone.
