I ordered proteas and a rose bush and got the invoice quickly. No mention the flowers were not available. When i queried a week later i was told they had not been released from the suppliers I waited till beginning of October. (Ordered 10 September) Last week I requested a refund as I found the trees I wanted here in Jozi. Much to my dismay I got a response I would receive my refund but not even response to date. I would be hesitant to do business with them. I am so dissatisfied. If I had know they were on preorder I would not have ordered. Still optimistic I will receive my refund.

I have been trying to cancel my subscription with them and they have given me the run around. Supposed to be able to cancel online but you can not. I got an email to say it would automatically renew 25.12. I responded to cancel but no response. I called on the 26 to try again and now they will only cancel in June. So even if you want to cancel you can not.
These guys know what customer service is and deliver an above average service. Well done guys!!!!!!!
Sad I had to give them a star at all. My parcel was dispatched for delivery on Saturday. It never arrived. The tracking says it is still Saturday. No one responds to emails or the customer care line
Exception service. Shane from BB Hatfields bent over back wards to provide above average service. what he committed to he delivered on. The car is in perfect condition and Shane has truly accommodated me as a customer. I love Suzuki and have a Baleno already so than you Suzuki for delivering another exceptional value for money car with a service which tops all other brands.

I tried to log a claim on the 20.02.2024 and was unable to do so on the app. I then sent the claim on email. I tried calling to get the claim logged and reviewed. on the 08.03.2024 the claim is assessed and authorized. I have an excess free plan and now I have to pay R5500 excess. The agent assigned to the case can not even return a call. you have to deal with call center agents who have no or little access to assist you. the call centre staff were unhelpful and just dam rude.
I signed my daughter up For medical aid last month. They did not debit order my account for the payment. They did not contact me for a manual payment. 21 st the send me I am I arrears so I then contacted them before payment so I could ensure they do not debit me twice. They said it was not raised yet. I paid and now 3 days later send me an email to say they have raised it twice. No apology for their error. The email should have said they were going to debit order me twice. Instead they have take 3 months payment and it their incompetence. The call center is useless. The irony is they did not do their job and then made me feel like I was the issue. No offer for resolution. Some how not sure how Bonitas business is sustainable with such incompetence.
