They refuse me an exchange on a rugby jersey that I bought on the 10/07/25 at 5:30pm when I return it the next day they claimed that the jersey has a roll on stain, the service is so horrible, I will never set my foot at that store ever

BAD BAD BAD service. Opened an account 31 October to be able to purchase a cellphone. Was instructed to pay in 30% of the phone upfront. I paid in, only to discover phone has faulty factory issues. Decided to take a different phone, they requested another 30% payment , I refused and requested a refund which was denied. I need my money back!! Head office insisted to purchase something worth that amount. I refuses. I need my money! Till today, no refund from them

Bad experience. Bad service. Illanga mall management was fast but not effective. My wife and kids went to the fun company on saturday the 6th of march and my wife almost broke her back. She is currently lying in bed and cant move. We went and jumped on the trampoline and she fell on the floor were there was supposed to be cousins. Well there was a few. She was shouting for help and no staff to be seen. I then came to her help and started shouting as she couldnt move and was in tremdous pain. Finially a staff member came along and i requested for a first aid person and ambulance. Where the problem came in is that there was no first aider and my second problem was the staff that was there wanted to pick my wife up. Now anyone with knowledge of a first aid course would know not to even move somebody that might have broken there back. Another problem i had is that i phoned personally had to phone centre mangement of illanga mall to see if they had a first aider which only management arrived. Another problem i have is what if this was a kid. What if a kid broke a leg or arm or back or neck, where is the trained staff to take care of an injury. How can a fun company of illanga mall allow to run a games area like this with no first aid people on duty. Another problem i have is that my wife doesnt have medical aid and she was sent to rob hospital. My wife atleasts deserves to go to a medi clinic and see doctors that will look after her. She needs physical theropy for her back. The fun company refunds us and thinks this will be enough to say sorry. This is unacceptable and actions will be taken further. All i have requested from them is that they atleast cover the costs of her theropy and any other medical she needs. Also that they put more staff on duty and have first aid people on duty. Also requested that they give her a voucher just to appologise. Its been four days now. My wife is in pain. Cant work. Cant walk. No responce from centre mangement or the fun company. What if this was a small child as this is a kids play park. I dont want to see this place close but this is nonsence and people should know before taking there kids there and know if there kids get hurt they will be sent to rob hospital.

clicks in nelspruit ilanga mall have just exercised their racism once again! they are a disgrace to the retail industry. They have falsely accused my daughter of stealing, when the truth is the cashier did not ring up the items. when my daughter got near the exit she did not go out of the store, she picked up her bag and then saw items still in the basket. The store refused to let her go and pay as she asked, she then called the manager. she was taken to the back room in the store and locked in with 3 other staff memebers. They refused to address her in her own language they were aggressive and they refused to look at the camera footage to clear up the confusion. This store is disgusting! They were having a stock take on the sunday and were trying to justify the loss as their jobs were on the line.This is not the end of the story! My daughter is not a thief! Clicks cannot continue to get away with this harrassment. Google and you will see we are not the only ones Clicks has done this too.
