Went to Wimpy Makro Woomead paid with my Rewards money which is R204 it went through but when l was about to leave the lady who was helping me came to me and say it didn't go through had to pay cash again but my Reward money was deducted which means I paid twice been trying my best to get my Rewards money back but unfortunately nothing is happening have emailed the more than 4 times just getting case numbers only nothing else
eDreams is a ****. I booked 3 tickets for me and my kids for 20th December 2025 only to be turned back at the airport because our names were nowhere to be found on the booking list. I called them immediately, but they failed to help. I requested my 18k refund. To this day I have not received my refund; I have called more than ten times. Instead, they keep on sending me emails saying I must contact the Hahn airlines, but how? I booked with them, not the airlines. It's frustrating, really. Please be careful booking with them; they are ****s. I've spent almost 2 months fighting for my refund.
Beautiful Hotel very clean but the food less their standard if possible they must change chefs and menu , honestly speaking the food is terrible

If want to be ****** download their app all of a sudden they will be Prime that will be deducting your money in your account and even you cancel the continue deducting R135. I want money. If call them you will be on hold more than 20 minutes
If you know what good don't order from Temu if they deliver the wrong things they won't refund you
Reported my Fibre is down Sunday afternoon up until today nothing has happened not even a call back for the update. I have to call them to do the follow up all I know is the next they will say you are in arrears which is a lie paid my full amount early this month
Be aware Vodacom will reap you off especially when it comes to Fibre they send invoices monthly of the amount you are supposed to pay all of a sudden you are owing them the amount you didn't even know about . When you call they tell 6 different stories honestly this is not okay 😐 😕 and they are good at lying
Vodacom is making my life a living hell with their mistake on my account now they suspended my account saying its on arrears which were caused by them. And this is effecting my credit score dearly please help 🙏 and stop this been a loyal customer for close to 3yrs.
Vodacom honestly it doesn't value customers been sending emails for my issue I reported here it. Instead they suspended my account what's sad is its there mistake not mine I give up
