Imzansi Travels Is a ****!
I have booked,paid the 50% and breakage fee.He was rude and told me how impatient i am,i asked for zoom call for viewing and the exact accommodation location,he gave me Olivia travels numbers,he stated by replying,them communication died.That's when i decided to ask for refund,he Mr Simon said it takes 2-5 working days ,i was blocked on WhatsApp and he ignores my calls. All i want is my money,they are a ****

Non communication after payment
I've paid my deposit to this agency for my daughter's birthday celebration, since paying they no longer answering my calls. Need to view the place to plan how am going to accommodate my daughters guests........ But no response non so ever
