Telkom network is not good and they are petty when one decided to cancel their contract. So my Data sim was made to be rechargable without my permission. I had a two sim Data contract when I cancelled it, the added one was disconnected, whereas I still had plenty of Data to be Shared. I have been using Telkom for a decade now, I am so dissapointed.
I have booked,paid the 50% and breakage fee.He was rude and told me how impatient i am,i asked for zoom call for viewing and the exact accommodation location,he gave me Olivia travels numbers,he stated by replying,them communication died.That's when i decided to ask for refund,he Mr Simon said it takes 2-5 working days ,i was blocked on WhatsApp and he ignores my calls. All i want is my money,they are a ****
Its been a pretty well experience,just awaiting my gift
