Great After Sales Service from Inso
We have purchased Aluminum Windows and Doors from Inso multiple times over the past 10 years. Happy with the quality and service. Most importantly, we have been very happy with their approach to fixing up issues.

Avoid Inso Aluminium
I have had nothing but problems with this company, avoid them. There quote was more expensive than some of the other suppliers however the assured us they were the best in the business and they used superior materials. To cut a long story short, their installation was pathetic and substandard, they used the incorrect glass and to be honest the materials used were inferior, we hire another company come in and fix their work.

Avoid Inso Aluminium
I have had nothing but problems with this company, avoid them. There quote was more expensive than some of the other suppliers however the assured us they were the best in the business and they used superior materials. To cut a long story short, their installation was pathetic and substandard, they used the incorrect glass and to be honest the materials used were inferior, we hire another company come in and fix their work.

DO NOT USE INSO IN KYA SANDS
Do not use this company. The quality of their work is sub-standard. There is inadequate and only reactive supervision. The attitude to clients is appalling. It is no wonder they require full final payment before installation. They have no intention of making good their deficiencies. They left us with rain leaking through our balcony causing damage to computers on the bottom floor as they did not plaster repair the aluminium door effectively to seal it. In addition to this we had many errors made in the job as it progressed. It was a very unpleasant time!

Pathetic Service
Inso was appointed by PG Aluminium to do repairs at our house in Midrand. They send their technician who got all scope of work and they returned with a quotation which required 50% deposit and balance on completion. We waited for about 2 weeks a day before the scheduled date they decided to request balance of payment before any work was done. And initially they started by saying our kitchen door was not quoted properly it was suppose to be a new door and they had quoted only parts of the door which contradicted with their Technician that came who even confirmed in writing to us that all information was given to Charmain to quote properly, we told them to remove the door and continue with the rest. A week later after submitting a revised quote without the kitchen door, they decided to dump our project and they gladly gave us back our deposit all time wasted waiting for them to start on the job only to release they were no longer interested in doing the job for whatever reason we don't know. If they were not interested they should not have quoted, requested us to pay a deposit only to refund us after more than 2 weeks, possibly they wanted funds to push another project at our expense to pay us back when they got paid, this is not a trustworthy company to deal with. These are the kind of suppliers that will not finish your jobs, beware.

Inso Aluminium provide incomplete substandard work
After being appointed to manufacture all the shopfronts on our home and then taking a 50% deposit almost 12 months ago, Inso failed to deliver any windows or doors on time and have now despite numerous requests failed to remedy the situation and complete the job. the work delivered is substandard and incomplete. They have been paid over 90% of the funds, I guess thats why they have decided not to finish up. Watch out for these con men!
