Do not deal with this company - they pretend to be a Cape Town boutique handcrafting highend clothing - the garments come from China. My order was placed on 1 January. I was assured courier delivery to my door and have now got, today a SMS to go to a Post Office. It apparently has finally arrived. I will write another review once I receive the items.

My company has a VAT refund due for February 2022 and SARS is not paying it, saying the reason is that the banking details are invalid. The banking details on record are those used for previous refunds hence they are incorrect. I have been unable to access their system to enter these details (they have been removed by SARS - I believe they changed their system and did not migrate taxpayer details and it is now up to the taxpayer to rectify!) Further our auditors have been trying for months to sort this out and are getting nowhere.
Pulled the plug on customers! I have an upcoming international flight on this airline next month. Will they have funding by then? They do not deserve funding - appalling behavior!
Received an email just before midnight last night to advise my kULULA flight to Durban tomorrow has been cancelled PENDING FUNDING TO RECOMMENCE OPERATIONS! Meanwhile, they have been advertising discounts of up to 30% over the last few days (not that mine was purchased wiht a discount) - how disgusting is this - knowing full well they were going to pull the plug on customers on Tuesday! Their resolution is a CREDIT for the value of the ticket to be used over the next 6 months - I WANT MY MONEY NOT A CREDIT. They need to be boycotted.

I had issues here that were quickly resolved with interest and energy. I am very happy to recommend this company!
Do not use this company. The quality of their work is sub-standard. There is inadequate and only reactive supervision. The attitude to clients is appalling. It is no wonder they require full final payment before installation. They have no intention of making good their deficiencies. They left us with rain leaking through our balcony causing damage to computers on the bottom floor as they did not plaster repair the aluminium door effectively to seal it. In addition to this we had many errors made in the job as it progressed. It was a very unpleasant time!
I supposedly upgraded our business switchboard and telephony as well as voice logging initiated in . It has been an ongoing debacle which continues as we speak and we are the 7th of January. This was initiated at the beginning of November. We were told the installation, which was not according to deadline provided, would take one hour and it took more than a week. We still have times when we have no phones working. The latest is that all incoming calls are bypassing the switchboard and going directly to me as a director of the company. The interest and energy is not at a standard anyone would wish for. This company is not to be recommended.
As we speak I have been waiting on the phone to be served by SAGE SA for 40 minutes - part of the drivel I am listening to is "We are ready & waiting to help you out" - REALLY - WHEN - NEXT YEAR???? I have been trying to get assistance for several weeks now. I have never had such poor service from any company - I cannot believe I am paying them!!
