Warning to anyone assisted by Erasmus Attorneys
Warning to anyone assisted by Erasmus Attorneys After 5 years, Yzel Trustees suddenly contacted us, demanding payment, claiming they never received money from Erasmus Attorneys. They ignore the fact that we had never heard of them and were never told they were handling the estate. They don’t care if you already paid Erasmus Attorneys – they still demand payment or threaten to seize your furniture listed in the Voluntary Surrender of Estate. Many applicants paid Erasmus Attorneys years ago, yet now there are serious questions about what happened to that money. Do not pay anything without legal advice! Seek independent lawyers and let them coordinate to investigate. If more people come forward, a joint court application or formal complaint against Erasmus Attorneys may be possible. Do not stay silent – the more applicants speak up, the better the chance justice is served. Protect your rights.

Scheming ******* that Threaten all ready under pressure citizens, know your rights before you talk to them
Erasmus Attorneys engage in ******* collection methods that are contrary to the rules set down by the credit ombudsman. Beware of their ****ming scheming methods as they try trick you into acknowledging debt that has prescribed and has been written off by Nedbank and they add astronomical interest figures and collection fees. Do not fall for their threats , know your rights before you engage with them.

I contacted Insolvency Care via their website , and received a reply into my Spam Folder from CURE DEBT, saying that ' they have bought the Insolvency Cure website. ' My spam protection red flagged their e mail as ' dangerous ' . The e mail is so badly written with bad grammar . To all these people whom have been so badly scammed - maybe this will assist. They give their e mail address as enquiries @debtcure.co.za (</div>

Very dissapointed
I was also a client of them and they dissapeared with my money but Ive search on social media a few months ago and I found Franco Hoffman, the son of Annelien. Aparrently he bought Insolvency care and things didnt work out, thats what he said to me when I contacted this number of Cured3bt and confronted him. He now owns a business by the name Cured3bt 0670352576. You will find it on facebook. Annelien Erasmus was also advertising Cured3bt on her fb page and when I phone the number and asked to speak to Annelien......the next day the curedebt adverti*****t on her fb was gone. Luckely I have all the proof and Ive send all the evidence to Fidelity fund.

Erasmus attorneys thieves of honost peoples money
Yes same here at least i got my sequestration done and paid for my rehab and was nagging them to do it and or get it done or refund me already from 2018 still no responce now atleast the Curator was appointed and only had to go for rehab order now i read all of this they are in Botswana as they where going there for years and everytime i wS looking for Annelien she was in Botswana so my wild guess is they are there must just make a theft case against them a police station so they listed on the system and immagration will pick them up at the border.

Erasmus Attorneys Disappeared With My Money
Erasmus Attorneys were assisting me with my sequestration. I am absolutely shocked and devastated at the call I received today. This company just dissapeared with my money. As a single parent of 2 kids I scrimped and s****ped to pay them every month. I feel helpless and hopeless. What now?... :(
