Dstv, a bunch of *******s
Dstv, a bunch of *******s I am so angry and never experienced utter ******* from a company. I have been a dstv subscriber for many years and finally found a better, inexpensive viewing service. I cancelled my subscription on 11.11 and have been given the run around since. I was on the live chat on 11.11, then on the 18.11 and 26.11 and on all 3 occasions I was told I had to pay a penalty to cancel and on different days are different amounts and each day it gets more and more. On the last occasion I was told that my last viewing would be 26.11....guess what they debited my account AGAIN. I requested a call recording where I agreed to the price lock, never got it, I asked for the contract I signed, guess what, they couldn't produce it, why? Because I was never told of this price lock...its a trap! By the way the live chat is a nightmare because they just disconnect your chat when you ask difficult questions, then you have to start the whole process again.

Complaint Cell C Overport Branch
Complaint! In June 2024 we visited the Cell C branch in Overport city. I needed to get a new phone we decided on the samsung A55. Upon signing the documents Gerhard was my sales assistant. There was another guy there (not sure of his name) also assisted (not sure why). He asked me what colour's I would like, I advised a black one (I always choose black phones), he opens a blue phone. I was not happy as he said it was too late to change it and I must just take a blue phone otherwise they would pay for the phone. My question is, why do I have to settle for a blue phone when the box clearly stated BLUE. I am not happy with the service in that branch

Erasmus Attorneys Disappeared With My Money
Erasmus Attorneys were assisting me with my sequestration. I am absolutely shocked and devastated at the call I received today. This company just dissapeared with my money. As a single parent of 2 kids I scrimped and s****ped to pay them every month. I feel helpless and hopeless. What now?... :(
