Dameged Credit Profile- Thanks to DebtBusters

I was under debt review and received my clearance certificate in September 2020. With the administration they add you onto their Insurance as well. I cancelled the insurance in April 2020 as i knew i was about to end my administration with them. For months after i even received my clearance certificate my credit profile had Insurance Busters as 3 months in arrears which was not correct- this all the way till December. it was only updated in Jan 2021, however not with all credit bureau.

After already lodging a dispute through TransUnion I'm also baffled how this was not rectified. Seems you have to lodge several disputes- whats frustrating is that your profile goes into complete standstill for 21 day, nothing less than that.

i refuse to lodge a dispute as this was not an error on my end.

Nobody sine Jan has called from Debt Busters to apologise for the inconvenience or to even update me as to when my profile will be updated. i am appalled with the service as it has left me with a damaged credit profile.

What a relief when you get your clearance certificate, BUT such an annoyance that now i have to run around day in and out to fix an error that actually i don't have any access to do much to.
