I am a pensioner partaking in their research program, at my own data cost, to supplement my sassa income. Qualified for a Woolworths voucher and discovered that it is reduced from R100 to R50 and can only be redeemed online. 10 phone calls later and 2 emails, and no answer as to why this is so. Will not recommend anyone to partake in their research. Quick with their questions but can't answer your simple questions.

I did a research study with IPSOS in Bryanston Johannesburg and I was not paid . No communication to me in several days till I made a query to them , still no payment. 2hours in a session , doing activities , contributing my product experience and how they could make it better not to get paid as per agreement

My experience with Ipsos was one of the best .. was the first time working for a market research company and it was very nice compared to other companies I've worked for .. The only issue I has was how the new recruiter used to book us .. sometimes we go to work and sometimes we don't. Due to projects and stuff .. I just wish they could fix that and bring in more projects. Other than that I'd also love to be part of them again.. I had found family.

I have been a dedicated participant in the IPSOS South Africa panel for about a year now, investing significant time, effort, and data to complete their surveys. Despite this commitment, my experience has been extremely disappointing. Throughout my participation, I was led to believe that I would receive 10% incentives every month. However, this promise has not been fulfilled consistently. In November, I did not receive any payment, and I later learned that the survey wave duration had changed from 4 weeks to 8/9 weeks without proper communication from IPSOS. Despite my efforts to resolve these issues, the process has been frustrating. While Jason from their team was helpful in addressing my concerns, the overall communication from IPSOS has been lacking. They mentioned the difficulty in communicating with over 9000 panelists, but this should not excuse the lack of transparency and consistency in fulfilling their promises. Moreover, despite Jason's dedication and support, the challenges with communication and payment schedules have made my experience with IPSOS South Africa less than satisfactory. I expected more professionalism and reliability from such a well-known company. In conclusion, my experience with IPSOS South Africa has been disappointing, and I hope they take necessary steps to improve their communication and fulfill their promises to their dedicated panelists.

Not the most professional research company I have attended as to the time keeping absolutely shocking. And for the incentive even worse as soon as you have given your time and effort nothing in return about the incentive. I have never dealt with such unprofessional people that companies and people rely on giving research to. I was informed that will be given my incentive today yet nothing! So very disappointed in this company as a whole.

Ipsos South Africa has taken another labor exploitation move. The company used to be a good company but for the past few years Ipsos reintroduced labor broker called Tailormade and moved all it's employees to Tailormade who is now the middleman between Ipsos and it's business in South Africa. When all Ipsos Randburg Call Centre Agents first introduced to Tailormade as their new boss in 2023 January without any proper consultation with the employees marked the end and the failure of Ipsos South Africa Management team to implement a strategic plan to improve it's employment strategy within the business other than going the brokerage way. Ipsos business lately relies on the availability of work from the clients as a result they cannot keep unless there is job available to work on and solely because Ipsos lost its long-standing clients and the company survives through minor weekly contracts and affects the business performance and also brings about Call Centre Agents exploitation especially at their Randburg Call Centre where employees rights are being violated by putting them under Labor Nroker (Tailormade) without any proper consultation. Ipsos is injection millions for this labor exploitation brokerage work to be carries out and also inhousing them at it's expense. Tailormade is standing as Ipsos's labor broker who seems to be aggressive, abusive and exploiting the people. They don't have any union, no freedom of speech, Call Centre Agents gets booked once or twice a month and sometimes don't get booked at all for weeks and months. Ipsos is enjoying at seing what used to be their aset being abused in this fashion. I thing all Ipsos clients should pullout and instruct Ipsos South Africa to reestablish employee wellness environment, abolish labor broker, and bring about employee development.
