We had wall paneling installed seven months ago by this company. The installation was quoted as requiring one days site access, after three days the work was still not complete, the owner said that he would return a month later to complete the job as he has lots of other work to do. I did not accept this and insisted that he complete the work first, the work was completed the next day. Seven months later and the panelling is peeling off the walls, substandard workmanship and ridiculously expensive which we have subsequently discovered.

Not the cheapest service provider. But great reputation. Then when you have paid the deposit, delays with supplies that need to be imported. Then, after a very inconvenient delayed final installation, the expensive flooring in almost your entire house (we did not do the four bathrooms) starts curling. And then the REAL fun starts. Clearly a quality problem with the product. On which there is a 10 year guarantee. But what is a guarantee worth when the IQP is unable/unwilling to honor it promptly? We noted and reported the issue early this year. We received confirmation that the supplier of the product is willing to replace the flooring, but we would have to wait for IQP to bring in the next container. We are still waiting with the middle of the year fast approaching, and now there is some story about IQP needing to address the formula for the product with the supplier. In the meantime our expensive floors look terrible. I wish I never heard of IQP.

Stunning quity floor with a beautiful colour range to select from. And the workmanship and customer service is excellent. The aftersale service was also very good. Definitely recommend them for your flooring, floor accessories and blinds needs.

I received and accepted a quotation for the undertaking of laminate floors in 3 bedrooms of my house, I duly paid the up front amount and the company came to install. On removing the carpet in the main bedroom, no mention was made of the floor base being not level and the installers duly completed the installation. After a month a crack in the laminate was observed and this was reported to IQP. The same installation team came and removed the aluminium support at the place in question and then informed me that their boss had told them to pull out because the floor was not level. I confronted the person in question and he insisted that the floor was not level and they would not continue and the team would leave this site as is. I was incensed that I was not part of the discussion and was never consulted prior to any decision being made. The team however used common sense and undertook the repair in the spirit of goodwill. This supposed Director now has written to me to state that the company will not be responsible for the warranty even though the same material and installer was used. This is to my mind is breach of contract as the onus was on them to inform me that floor was uneven.
